Sandbag worked with Surrender All to create a Direct to Consumer marketing strategy for the UNKLE album, 'Where Does The Night Fall'.

The goal was to increase fan engagement ahead of the release, drive fans towards the UNKLE store and generate revenue and valuable pre-orders.

We devised and implemented a D2C plan on behalf of Surrender All, that outlined all the key touchpoints that they should use to promote the pre-order and advised on which innovative bundles would work to excite the UNKLE fanbase. 

The custom made bundles successfully connected with the fanbase, creating significant revenue for management, chart eligible pre-orders and most importantly engaging fans with the new UNKLE release.
